The limb is at the end of the row and exposed, removal at this stage will prevent future failure over road. -Crown lift trees directly above the vets building to give 3.5m clearance from flat roof. This will also allow more light into the building. -Crown lift row of trees above Kernick Road to keep 5.2m clearance (only light tip pruning required) -Remove dead limb located in the middle of the row hanging out over the road and clean up other poorly pruned low branches. It was RESOLVED that the Town Council fully supports Cornwall Council’s request that the trees on the above site should be preserved and to ensure that further tree losses are prevented which would impact upon amenity and local landscape character.

58. Reports from Renewable Energy Group at Exeter University – Follow Up

The energy audit reports and recommendations for Town Council buildings were noted.  This project was undertaken by students of Exeter University as part of their Energy Management coursework.

59. Falmouth & Penryn Conservation Areas Advisory Committee Minutes (F&PCAAC)

The minutes of the Falmouth & Penryn Conservation Areas Advisory Committee held in the Falmouth Council Chambers on 6 September 2021 were noted.

There being no further business to transact the meeting was closed at 7.40pm
