Mock Mayor elections are taking place on Saturday 30 September in the Temperance Hall, come along at 6pm to register for election, get your speech ready for the elections to commence at 6:30pm https://www.penryn-tc.gov.uk/council_events/penryn-mock-mayor-2023/
This steering group is responsible for helping the Council to design and develop a suitable neighbourhood plan for Penryn. They work to ensure that residents, local businesses and other stakeholders are involved and engaged in the process.

The Penryn Neighbourhood Plan went to a referendum on 19 August 2021 with the question “Do you want Cornwall Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Penryn to help it decide planning application in the neighbourhood area?” The Declaration of Result of Poll result was ‘Yes’ with 93.6% of those who voted in favour of adopting the plan.
