Full Council is a meeting of all Penryn’s sitting Councillors. Its decision making responsibilities include: agreeing on strategies and plans, setting budgets, and making changes to the constitution.

Some business can only be determined by full Council such as the setting of Council Tax and the appointment of the Town Mayor. It is also a forum for debate on policy issues.

Council can receive petitions and deputations from members of the public about things that affect the local area. Visit the ‘Public participation at meetings’ page of our website for more information.

  • Usual location: Council Chamber, Town Hall, Penryn, TR10 8LT
  • Public participation: Yes – you can make a request to speak at this meeting
