PART-TIME CARETAKER/CLEANER
SALARY SCALE 4
Salary £21,189 (Pro-rata £11,453)
Penryn Town Council is seeking a part-time caretaker/cleaner (20 hours per week).
The successful applicant will be responsible for opening and locking of Council owned buildings, along with cleaning and general caretaking duties.
The Council offices/library will also require cleaning on a Thursday and Friday
Flexibility is required, as the hours will need to be worked around the hire of the halls.
The job initially has a 3-month probation period.
